Live or Interactive Services
No refunds are provided for:
- Live trainings or workshops
- Group programs or masterminds
- Consultations, supervision, or mentoring
- Live Q&A sessions or calls
- Any service involving real-time interaction
Hybrid programs (combining recorded and live components) are treated as live services and are non-refundable.

Processing Timeline
- Requests reviewed within 1–2 business days
- Approved refunds issued within up to 10 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
Abuse Prevention and Enforcement

- Evidence of full content use followed by refund request
- Behavior inconsistent with intended product use
